Handle payroll and monitor attendance
Update department vacation logs and flex time
Prepare weekly and monthly management reports
Track and analyze employee audit findings
Monitor department quarterly training program for seasoned and new employees
Prepare System Access forms and obtain signatures
Monitor quarterly procedure manual updates
Monitor incoming proxy emails and open tasks to distribute duties
Pick up checkslletters, deliver and pick up documents requiring signatures
Update department phone lists and duties
Maintain department Table of Organization
Scan new documents into OCE from new transfers
Notarize documents
Organize and order letterhead/envelopes
Inventory and order department supplies
Request services for broken equipment
Coordinate and handle monthly/quarterly award program and preparation of 
newsletter and certificates
Job Requirements
2+ years Admin. experience
Excellent organizational skills
Adaptable to change and fast pace
Excellent written and communication skills
Proficient In Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
