Job Title: Administrative Assistant - More Administrative Assistant Jobs

Job Description:


The position assists the Executive Assistant in supporting the corporate officers.   
Principal duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):



Provides full lease administration from typing and tracking drafts of legal documents 
requiring multiple edits before preparing final execution documents.
Prepares written correspondence, reports and presentations
Books conferences, meetings, air travel, car rental and gathers any needed 
directions and maps
Reviews and codes invoices
Processes expense reports
Assists with filing and maintaining of central files, both on paper and electronic
Assists in coordinating company special events and annual client gifts
Assists and performs other duties as per operational needs
Shares in rotation of back up to reception desk
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
2-5 years of administrative experience
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Experience in real estate and/or legal environments preferred
Proficient in use of Dictaphone equipment and transcription of tapes
Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment
