Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic, experienced, and motivated person to join our 
support staff. The employee must be able to perform general office duties and help 
where needed. Multitasking is required.

Responsibilities : 

- Ability to accomplish tasks in a fast paced environment. 
- Ability to adapt to position in which you are needed. 
- Ability to solve practical problems 
- Ability to make outbound phone calls.

Desired Skills & Experience : 

- Great communication skills
- Bilingual: fluently in English and Chinese
- Great Organization skills 
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Microsoft Access 
- Familiarity with online website-creating software is a plus 
- Works well under pressure 
- Team player, self-motivated, attention to detail, ability to resolve issues 

Required education :

High school or equivalent
Post-high school training desired
