Qualifications:
Prior experience in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills, high level of 
attention to detail, and creative applicant sourcing skills
Ability to collaborate and communicate with professionals at all levels
Experienced salespersons, former human resources professionals, telemarketers 
and financial advisors excel in this role

Job Requirements:
Key responsibilities include candidate sourcing, cold calling, screening, vetting, 
interviewing and onboarding
Work closely with recruiters and perform administrative functions
Draft candidate presentations for client submissions
Build successful relationships with candidates, senior management and individuals 
involved in the hiring process
Draft and post job listings on internal and external career pages as well as external 
job boards
Actively update status in recruitment database in timely manner throughout the 
various stages of the recruiting/interview process
Generate candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging
Perform research projects
