The ideal candidate should possess the following experience:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft office software applications especially Excel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, use of e-mail and the Internet
Knowledge or experience in office systems and administrative procedures
Must have strong bookkeeping skills and knowledge of Quick books.
Must be self directed and able to work independently.
This is a Telecommute position (work from home); successful candidate must have a
personal computer, fax and printer.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Provides basic assistant support to Vice President
Assists in flow of office communications through emails, telephone calls, and
Resolves administrative problems and inquiries within office environment
Handle and route incoming calls
Provide follow-up information regarding calls
Prioritize/distribute incoming mail
Research and draft abstract reports
Maintain procedures manual to ensure consistency
Maintain project schedule
§Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, organization, problem solving, strong verbal
communication, reporting, analyzing data, administrative writing
Strong Bookkeeping knowledge and Quickbooks.
This is a permanent, part-time position working 20-30 hours per week, Monday
Pay range: DOE per hour
